  • Define the animation style, and set the quality bar within scope.

  • Mentor the animation team for consistent quality throughout the game; push their skills, and teach them timesaving workflows so that they can focus on the important aspects of our craft.

  •  Hook-ups, ABP work and bug fixes in Unreal
